Once you have placed an order you will receive an order notification, and all orders placed before 3pm will ship the same day. Orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping to UK customers is free for orders above £20, otherwise, shipping is £3.99 and aim to be delivered within 3-5 working days from postage. Please note we are unable to amend your delivery location or redirect your order after this has been placed. Currently, we are only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

At Auteur, we are passionate about customer service and aim to please every customer with our products, and we are confident you will be happy with your order. However, if you are unhappy with your order, and would like to return or exchange your item we offer a 30 day returns policy from receipt of goods, providing the product is returned in unused and original packaging, please email [email protected] to make us aware you will be returning/exchanging a product. Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped with the order note enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain proof of postage certificate. It usually takes between 5-10 working days from receipt of your returned parcel to process your return and refund.

We hope that you never receive a damaged or faulty item, as every piece is checked and packed carefully before being delivered to you. However, if you receive a faulty item and wish to exchange it, please call our customer service team at 01869 338751 or email [email protected] so that we can personally assist you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
